It seems like the Presidential election campaigning has been going on forever and we aren’t even through the primaries yet. Ugh.

The other day I asked my daughter for a funny idea for a comic. She hesitated before saying, “A banana…standing on the road. No. On the sidewalk. Ha ha ha!”
She’s almost 5 so apparently this comic should be insanely popular to the under 5 crowd.

Anyway, for anybody keeping track, I actually drew this on paper, traced it on my Wacom tablet using Inkscape and then added the text and colored it using the paintbrush in Gimp. How’s that for using everything in my arsenal.

The rumors are fired up the Apple will be introducing a new laptop about half as slim as their old ones. I can’t help wondering how much thinner they can make these laptops before they start getting very fragile. Either way, I’m sure it will be priced well out of my league.
